This table is an adaptation of Enzo Mari’s Autoprogettazione series, redesigned for construction with U.S. standard dimensional lumber. The piece preserves Mari’s ethos of accessible, self-built furniture, primarily by maintaining the ability to be constructed using only simple cross-cuts. By recalibrating the original proportions and tectonics to locally available materials, the project extends Autoprogettazione into a new material and cultural context.
