This ongoing series of paintings use a custom-fitted CNC machine working wet-into-wet to produce the surface and space of painting. Each paper surface receives a series of creases, providing varied resistance against the brush and producing a pleated landscape on which paint runs and pools. The underdrawings, plans, and the machine instruction set are created in the computer all prior to execution.
